• All of our rooms dispose of modern wooden floors/wooden terrace and cosy bathrooms
• Children up to 2 years free. A reduction of 30% to 60% applies for children under the age of 12.
• Price reductions for additional bed in the room Euro 10.00 - 20.00.
• A surcharge of 10% applies for short-stays of less than 4 nights.
• Cancellations: The EU regulations for cancellations of hotel bookings apply.
• In case of cancellation or late arrival and early departure we charge 80% of the booked arrangement (if we are unable to resell the room).
• Reservations may be done in writing only.
• Payment methods: Payment - EC card.

Smoking in the rooms and in the common rooms is not permitted!
Dogs are allowed only upon prior agreement. If necessary, final cleaning will be charged. They have no access to the dining room.
Bringing a dog basket or blanket is required.

Included in the half board rate:

• vast breakfast buffet with home-made jams, cheese variation, different cold meat cuts and smoked meat specialities, muesli corner with dried fruit, fruit juices and fresh fruit.
• Upon request we offer freshly prepared egg dishes.
• Light and tasty evening menu... South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine...

• Touristcard with reductions for cable cars, chair lifts, different events and entries to museums.

• 3 golf courses (18-9 holes) in close vicinity: approx. 10 km golf club “Passeier” St. Martin in Passeier, approx. 25 km golf club “Gutshof Brandis” in Lana and approx. 55 km golf club “Petersberg” - Dolomites

Important information:

• The hotel bill can be cleared in cash or by credit card (VISA, EC, MASTERCARD).
• Check-in from 2 pm; arrival by 6 pm. Please inform us in due time if you arrive later, otherwise we reserve the right to sell the room to other guests.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 80% of the agreed rate. If there are grave reasons we are willing to make a special agreement. The international cancellation regulations apply: up to 20 days prior to arrival - cancellation is free; from 8 to 15 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total. In case of short-term cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of late arrival or early departure the total minus 20% for unused services will be charged. In case of no-show without prior notification, the full amount will be charged. If we are able to sell the room on, these days will not be charged. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
